If you are struggling with drugs or alcohol, the first step is to speak with a specialist. The admissions process begins with a phone call to our treatment team. This conversation is fully confidential. As we develop a more complete understanding of your situation – including your history of substance use, mental health conditions, symptoms, and other concerns – we can begin to shape the trajectory of your recovery. This is referred to as your treatment plan.
Creating Your Treatment Plan
At Pillars Recovery, we understand that each person experiences substance use disorder differently. For this reason, our team offers customized treatment plans for each client. Our admissions team – in partnership with our clinicians – will determine the level of care that is best for you.
Pillars offers detox, residential, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, ensuring that you will receive the intervention most appropriate for your needs.
Does My Insurance Cover Drug Rehab?
We believe that addiction treatment should be accessible to all, regardless of each person’s financial status. That’s why we have partnered with insurers who share our mission. Our accredited drug rehab accepts most major insurances, including Aetna, Beacon Health Options, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, CoreSource, First Choice Health, Medica, and UPMC Health Plan.
Our admissions coordinators can verify your insurance quickly – usually in under one hour. With your permission, we will work directly with your provider to determine your coverage and estimated costs. Our offerings fit most needs and budgetary concerns, and we offer considerations like cash-pay discounts, financing options, and low-cost programs.
Arriving at Pillars Recovery
After arrangements have been made, you will travel to sunny California for treatment. Many of our clients live in the area, but a significant percentage find us from other states. If you are coming to Pillars Recovery from out of state, we can help you to coordinate transportation to and from our center.
Wondering what to pack? Our admissions coordinators will provide you with a list of approved and prohibited items. For example, we request that clients leave weapons, alcohol-based mouthwashes, unapproved medications, aerosols, and clothing with profanity or drug references at home. However, you should be sure to bring comfortable outfits, toiletries, sunscreen, a warm layer, and approved medications (in their original pharmacy bottles).
